I installed the 2.0.1 update and now my "internet" apps won't work on my iphone

So after I ran the 2.0.1 update on my iphone, none of my internet apps will work: Itunes, App store, Safari, e-mail and Pandora. (Despite being connected to a WIFI) I also tried it without the WIFI and still no luck. It just says "Searching" forever and eventually times out.

Did this happen to anyone else or do you know how to fix this?

I am really regretting giving up my BB Pearl for this phone.
