Hi,

I just bought a used rMBP 15" Mid 2014 Intel i7 2.8 GHz 16 GB to a friend of mine but after I paid the machine he told me the MBP was used in "Store for adults" you know...

Of course I sanitized my MBP several times just to think what kind of users were using this MBP

But my main concern is Do I need to change the SDD?

I have download a Free AV and it detects a mess of malware, specially coming for adult sites.

I need a clean SDD for Online Banking, If this machine had an HDD I will wipe it using the Most Secure option with Disk Utility but I don't know what to do with an SDD

Hi,

Your best bet is to reformat the hard disk in internet recovery mode and then reinstall OS X from scratch. This will remove anything nasty on the SSD. Internet Recovery mode loads all the tools necessary from Apple's servers so if the safest way to wipe and restore a Mac.

To boot into Internet Recovery mode

Here is how to use MacOS Internet Recovery:

1. Shut down your Mac.
2. Hold down Command-Option/Alt-R and press the Power button. (On some Mac keyboards the Option key will be named Alt).
3. Hold down those keys until you a spinning globe and the message "Starting Internet Recovery. This may take a while".
4. The message will be replaced with a progress bar. Wait for it to fill. Expect it to take a while...
5. Wait for the MacOS Utilities screen to appear.

Follow Apple's guide here on wiping your SSD

Then Reinstall Mac OS X
