I ran in and bought a copy of USA today without looking at it. Realized 1 minute later that it was from 10/29/2010.

Walked back in and asked for a refund. Owner literally told me to "***** off".

I left but kicked their sunglass stand to the ground before I left.

The last owners got shot by a homeless man who they beat with a tire air hose. These guys are gonna be dead soon too from the way they're running business. I'm still pretty mad even though it's only $1

It's a dollar.

Get over it and get on with your day.

Also, if it's a known location with subpar service, why go there to begin with?

It's not the dollar that made me mad. It's the owner telling me to **** off the instant I told him what happened.

And this is the first time I've been in there since the last owner. I remember the other owner yelling at a 8 year old kid for trying to get a free coke from the bottle cap rewards that says free coke.... They're dead now and I don't think anyone in the neighborhood cares.

Wow your neighbourhood sounds great: ******* shopkeepers, ******* customers who damage property and a no-one cares when people are shot dead. Remind me where it is so I can never come visit?

People buy USA Today? I thought it was only available on the floor outside your hotel room.

Agreed, it is a dollar. Forget about it and in the future take your business elsewhere.
