But you'll only end up losing because you'll have to pay a termination fee. AT&T gives you 30 days to come back with no penalty anyway so that wouldn't work. Your contract would continue the same.

Im not directly aiming this at you, but why is everyone mad that they have to pay more for a phone while IN contract. Anytime I wanted to buy a phone mid contract I had to pay full retail which usually was around $400-500.
