So I have noticed that I keep getting booted out to the log in screen where i have to log in with my password. Do you guys have any idea why does it do that? I have the baseline model 15" retina Macbook pro

^^Srsly? Where's he getting booted out of if he's already at the log in screen?

His title makes me think he's getting kicked back out once he has logged in.

Back to basics.. are your display preferences set to lock when the computer goes to sleep/hibernate? Or is it actually kicking you out while you're using the computer.. eg. typing, clicking, scrolling, etc?

The same thing has happened to me on my Mac Pro about 6 times since upgrading to Mountain Lion.

What OS are you running? It sounds more like an OS issue than a MacBook Pro issue.
