Carrier I keep getting this emal from ATT. Anyone else?

I keep getting this email from AT&T and wonder if it is just spam or what? Anyone else getting this?

ya like 3 times. I don't think I have any money owed me but I filled it out.

I have received it as well, but I had already addressed the issue via the link in the email that I got from another source. It's due to them letting customers be charged for things they did not purchase. So it is a legit email from them.

I just now got it in a text message too.
