I keep getting your on ups power warnings.

I have had issues with my ups and the non battery part of it. So I thought these warnings of being on battery power was a defective ups.
but I just got a new ups and I just got the warning again. of course the ups is not showing or giving a warning.
Once in awhile I find my mac mini turned off from this. I guess it powers down but I am not around when it happens.
