In the last week every time I switch on my phone I get reception but then it switches to No Service after which I then get a message that I need to restore my phone. I have restored my phone twice before in the last week and I just got this message for a third time.

Has this happened to anyone else, and what did you do to fix this problem?

Either reset all your settings and/or reset your network settings. If that doesn't work restore your phone as new. If that doesn't work head to a Genius bar for a replacement.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8B117 Safari/6531.22.7)

Make sure your sim card tray is all the way in, and the sim is properly placed in the tray. I got an error message all the time when I first got my iPhone. Turns out, the door was not pushed in and closed all the way.
