Why? It would be a step backwards, because Multitouch>digital crown. The Watch interface is a concession because multitouch is not practical on a tiny screen.

I have found myself searching for the crown on my iPhone once or twice since getting the watch. Maybe less finger prints? But seriously digging the app layout. Who needs labels anyways. It could always be an accessibility option.

I find myself using the touch screen to scroll more than the digital crown. The digital crown is nice but I guess I'm so used to using the touch screen it's just out of habit.

I wish the dark Watch app UI was available across the entire phone ala Eclipse the jb tweak. That'd be sweeeet
