No idea what is going on. I think either the camera is messed or the back plate is dirty. Any help would be appreciated.

Some of those actually look kinda cool. Looks like you have some grease or oil on the lens. Are you using a case? Certain cases can affect the way the light enters the lens especially if you use flash.
