I no longer have the "springy @" icon that was the next to the trash can. I thought it accidently went into the trash can when I was dragging something else in there, but when I take everything out of the trash it's not there. Where could it have gone and how can I get it back?

Thanks

Any website that you drag to the right side of the dock becomes the springy thing. That's the easiest way. Just grab the siteicon to the left of the URL in the URL bar and drag it from Safari to the dock next to the trashcan. Originally, I think it led to http://www.apple.com if you want to make it perfect.

Otherwise, you can probably delete the dock plist and reset the entire dock, but it's kind of a waste for that....
