i lost Flashy!!! how can i get my pics off my iPod touch??

well Flashy is my flashdrive, i named it Flashy but i lost it at a friends house and i have all of the pictures that i have on my iPod on Flashy and no where else. is there a way to get all of the pictures off of my iPod touch? thats the only place i have them right now and i need to restore my iPod because its having problems. i looked through my files with SSH but i couldnt find em anywhere. please help me

You can get them off the phone by using iPhoto. Or you can email them one at a time.

will iPhoto work on a PC laptop? and i dont really wanna email about 700 pictures.....
