I lost my automatic e-mail alert

I went to mexico last week and I turned off FETCH, PUSH, 3G, DATA roaming etc , when I returned to the states I turned all on and now my mail doesn't alert me when a new mail is on my yahoo account, before the trip I got the alert seconds after someone send me an e-mail , is pissing me off :(

Any help?
