Yes, it's true. I finally feel the lululemon love. :)

My friend kept telling me about this apparel company and about their really, really comfortable line of workout wear. I brushed off her enthusiasm and said lululemon was just a fad and overpriced. So last week, I told her I was looking to buy some running gear for summer, and again, she started spouting the benefits of lululemon! Okay girl, what's the big deal?

So we went to lululemon on 4th. Let me tell you, I fell in love with them the moment I looked at myself in the mirror. Lululemons make my ass look so sexy! :D They fit perfectly and are SO comfortable. The fabric and cut is just heaven.

So here I am, wearing my lululemon pants and tee after waiting 5 days for the alteration. I couldn't be happier. :)

I so agree :) They're a Vancouver company and I've been buying their stuff in Montreal over the past few years and noticed how they seem to be sprouting up all over. I'm wearing them now and they've held up during serious workouts and serious good-looking ops.

Sorry I can't stand the brand
especially with the tweens wearing them one size too small with their asses hanging out over the butt plug shaped lululemon logo.
Workout gear should not be made in ultralow rise.

Indeed, there are a lot of poseurs out there, but lulus are so comfortable, though. My girlfriend says that not only are they great for working out, but they're nice enough you can wear them while shopping for groceries, strolling along the seawall, etc.

I'm scared I'll be seeing that lululemon logo everywhere now!

I have yet to see anyone actually working out in lululemon pants !
I see them all the time on the B-lines. They are the 1 and 2 year student clothing of choice that and juicy couture...

I have to edit my previous post, the lululemon tops are really nice when they are fitted properly.

Their pants could be much better for working out, everydya wear is what they are becoming designed for.

If you want good work out gear in the style of lululemon try Prana, Vata and some of the US old Navy stuff.

I first noticed Lululemon clothing because I thought it was weird that women were all wearing gym clothing to do their daily activities. It was like some upscale version of people wearing addidas track pants everywhere.

But then I noticed how shapely and yummy all their asses were, so it wore down my resolve.

I had no idea they sold guy's stuff, until I went to the gym with a male friend, and he had a cool outfit on, from them. I had been really frustrated at not being able to find men's workout pants with the right leg length. It seemed like most stores sold pants that buttonned up at the bottom (who knows why?!), so they couldn't be hemmed. But Lululemon pants can be hemmed. So, I ended up buying a pair. Then I lost them like two weeks later. Mother fracker. I've since bought another pair of pants, shorts for yoga class, a hot yoga mat, and for xmas I got a light jacket and a workout shirt from there.

And it doesn't hurt that the store is full of young hot fit girls.

I can see a slight resemblance, although it wasn't my initial thought. Shouldn't the tip of the butt plug be smaller in circumference for easier, gentle insertion. :D

My first impression was more of a 60's hairstyle.

The staff were super-friendly and helpful with getting the pants the right length. I ended up buying two pairs, one grey and one black.

Damn! I look so sexy in these pants. *goes off to look in mirror*

Yeah, I didn't really mention, but, it's not just that they can be hemmed, it's that hemming is free and assumed :)

And the staff is totally helpful. They've gone looking through all the racks, and into their storage in the back for me, just to make sure I got the best fitting pair of pants.

So... pictures? Or better yet, Quicktime VR ;)

4th = Spandex and Baby strollers

The people I used to work with sent lululemon a thankyou card..

I for one applaud their product, :D

and encourage it. Yes there will be a few bad apples that really shouldn't be wearing them...but overall it is a fantastic trend.
Do people wear it outside of BC? When i first moved here I just thought the city was obsessed spandex.

and for some reason I always thought the logo looked like a Bull Ring...not sure why...

Hmmm....sounds interesting...

I think I'll check them out. I'm looking for a new Easter Outfit for Easter Sunday....nowadays for me it doesn't mean some new spring frilly dress, but some sort of workout wear that I can run around in while taking pictures. You know...doing wierd paparazzi type positions (kneeling in the grass and dirt) as I try to get good shots of kids in their easter best.
