I am always around here and was a total noob before spending over 3000 on a fully loaded 24" imac.
I could not be happier. Silky smooth OS. I just cant get over how much better this is than a PC. I use one at work and I am always worried about crashes, viruses. I hate how on a pc if a web site freezes, the whole computer goes into panic mode.
No stuck pixels. I only had to force quit itunes once when I tried to rip a REALLY scratched CD.
If you don't have a mac and you are new on this board searching for input....buy one....buy one now...
