Hey guys.

I just wanted to make an idea for a wallpaper... as I know some of you are true graphic geniuses out there.. I saw this other guy the other day, he was wearing a shirt that I thought was one of those "I (heart) NY" ones. You know the ones?

Now, only, when I saw the guy again, it wasn't "I (heart) NY". Instead, it was "IPC"

In that format. Can anyone make such a wallpaper? I just love the inherent irony.

You could try downloading like a free paint program and make it your self, looks pretty simple.
