When I pre-ordered my iPhone 6 Plus, I wanted to get a really nice case for it, so I pre-ordered a Nodus case. Then when I saw the Rhino Shield Crash Guard bumper case on Kickstarter, I ordered that, along with their screen protectors. Since there was going to be a bit of a wait for the cases to arrive, I ordered a cheap case online from WalMart just to protect my iPhone until the other cases arrived. Well, to my surprise, I really liked the functionality of the cheap case. It clips on to my pants or belt for easy carrying, and the built-in stand is perfect for watching movies in the horizontal position, and great for browsing the web when in vertical position. I even found that with the stand in the open position, I can hold the phone comfortably in one hand with the stand resting on my middle finger.
Anyway, when the Rhino Shield Crash Guard arrived I tried it on the phone to see how I liked it, and found I loved the look, and how it feels in my hand. Problem is, I missed the functionality of the original case; easy to carry with the pants/belt clip, and the built in stand. Then I happened to set my phone down next to the old cheap case, and looking at the two side by side I thought, why not combine the best of both?
So I took the phone in the Rhino Shield case and tried it in the holder/stand of the other case and it fits perfectly. I love this combo!
