I might get my Late 2008 15" MBP screen replaced...

and I was just wondering if Apple would actually replace the screen with the old MBP screen or the latest screen, as Apple would have probably stopped production of the older 15" screens.

i've got mine replaced before but that is around feb
where it used to be the 84 model, after replacing twice with defect
the third time came with the 85 model.

I'm not sure myself.
But I think there's a possibility getting the newer model screen.

for some problem I'm getting my early 09 15'' mbp screen replace.
not sure will be the screen from the mid 09 model
we'll find out next week or more when they got the parts

I just got my screen changed, 3 times with numerous problem on the screen(9c85).
and now the fourth time everything looks fine with 9c84.
Looks like old model will stay with old model screen until the old part is finish.
