I moved a .mov file from iPad file to desktop, is it corrupted?

I can't move the .mov file back from my desktop to my iPad file. And I can't play the file with VLC, iTunes, WMP, or QuickTime on my computer.

How do I upload this .mov file that I moved from my iPad file to my desktop on to YouTube?
