Can anyone recommend a bullet-proof, long lasting, good working, plug-in mouse for my G-4 ? In ten years of G-4 ownership I have gone thru 13 mice. Now when I go to the genius bar they just give me a new one, no receipt, nothing. then it will last 9 months (more or less) and then it dies.
Oh, did I mention less expensive ? As in cheap ?

I've been using the wired Mighty Mouse since 2005. Only replaced once. The replacement I got cheap off eBay from someone using it on a PC in Texas.

Still got a all my old Apple Optical mice (black and white) from back in the early Y2Ks and none have quit on me yet. Grab one off eBay for $10 and rock on.

I'm still using a Microsoft Intellimouse Optical. A faithful servant since circa 1998!
I have a Logitech 3 button mouse in my garage. One of the best I've had. Still worked by the time it became obsolete. Got it in 1990 for my 286.
