I'm looking for a screen recorder that can record my gaming. I play Assault cube on my Mac, and my other screen recorders make it very blurry and delayed when I record my game play. I need it to be able to record Screen, Microphone, and computer audio. I don't care if it cost money. Can somebody help me?

Take a looking at ScreenFlick. Its seems to be the best screencasting app out there for a decent price.
