I am looking for a app for my ipod touch that does the following:
1) download new style google text docs so that I can edit off-line on the touch.
2) allow uploading back to google of the edited docs.
3) retain the document formatting like Bolds, underlining, font etc.
4) similar capabilities for the spreadsheets would be nice but not a showstopper.
Does anyone have suggestions ??
