Hi,
Any app there for something like adding a song to a video that I already have, plus adding pics, subtitles etc..?

No, not iMovie.
Tried it and couldn't edit any kind of movies ;(
Here's what I want.. you guys are checking YouTube for sure, OK.. when you see a race video between two cars for example. thy guy started the movie with his car's pics similar to slideshow.. then subtitles, anything like "this is my car" then the music and so..

Yes, everything and more can be done with iMovie. If you cant understand iMovie, dont even try to look "better" (read, more complex) software. iMovie is kinda picky about the video formats i can "import", so make sure they are in a apple's .mov format before importing. I just tried to import some random clip in .mpg format and i had to export it to, for example h.264 format before importing (using quicktime) ...

Study these Video Tutorials to get started with iMovie: http://www.apple.com/ilife/tutorials/imovie/

Of course there are Final Cut Studio if else fails :)
 
And If iMovie is too hard for you, google iMovie HD download. It's pretty good for beginners. Then you can export your finished product, Import it to iMovie and Upload to YouTube.
