I need a program that...

-Can read PDFs
-Can write on PDFs
-Can insert symbols and use sub/super-script

Basically an advance version of Preview. I know Preview can do all but the last point, but I really need to use sub/super-script.

Does any program match my description? Thanks for the help in advance.

Have you looked into PDF Pen? I believe this will do the trick...

I just got it to help organize my huge pdf library for my research project, looks to be very slick and useful, should do everything that you want.

Edit : Bah missed the bit about reading PDFs.

TeXShop and iTeXMac can certainly read PDFs.
