i need a program to download this .flv/.swf off a site? help!

and i really want to download the flash file so i can convert it to video and send to my parents back home...i know, lame - but they'd like it

is there a way or program?
or can someone do it for me and send me the file?

that didn't work - it would only download the pepsi advertisment just above the video

any other ways? i really hope there is a way...
