I need a script to rename files within a folder with the name of the folder.

So yes, I have about 150 folders - each with a distinct name -

is there a script out there that can automatically rename every file in the folder with the name of the folder (sometimes sequenttially, ie with distinct numbers) if there's more than one file in the folder?
