Hi there,

I am looking for an app kind of like Flow or Basecamp (productivity), but that it has features (or it's only feature) is to have tasks ordered in a assembly line.

For example, let's say my company has 3 employees (Paul, Rob, and Michael)

When we get a new client, the following tasks happens in that same sequence:

Paul Completes a form
Paul calls client
Paul buys supplies

Rob reviews form
Rob orders the contractors
Rob calls client to confirm

Michael sends invoice to client
Michael pays contractor
Michael updates finance sheet.

That was just an example, but this app that I am looking for will work like this: Rob's tasks are not triggered (shows up for Rob) until Paul's tasks are all set complete. So Michael's tasks is only triggered when Rob sets his tasks complete.

That's called Assembly Line, one starts when the other one is done.

Does anyone know of a APP that can do that?

Thanks!

I'm not 100% sure if these will work, but Omnifocus with its set up of tasks may do that. Another App I use that again may do what you need in Pagico. Omni has a Mac, iPhone and iPad app, and Pagico has a Mac, and Windows version, and they are working on a iPad app that is in beta.
