I need an app that locks the phone to be silent and another locking find my phone

Anyone know of one?

I go to court and my phone cannot ring at all. I do not trust the slider. I would prefer an app that locks down the phone to be silent rather than having to turn off my phone.

I would also like to find an app that password locks the location services/find my iPhone do it cannot be disabled if it is lost or stolen.
