I need an image editity thingy app

Haha sorry for the vague title, but I need some sort of image editing app (preferably free, or for a reasonable price for a consumer). I pretty much just need to be able to rotate text I write, draw curved lines, that sort of thing... I'm getting photoshop, but not for a while, and I just need something in the meantime on which I can do those things

If you're talking curved lines and manipulated text, I think you're gonna be happier with a drawing program as opposed to a painting program. Check out Inkspace.

Yeah that would be better. Sketch 2 is also quite nice but is paid.
