Helo everyone,

I am looking to buy Macbook Pro. I have opportunity to buy Macbook Pro 13.

Configuration : 2.4GHz Intel core 2 duo, 8GB 1333MHz DDR3, 500gb hard.

I want to learn programming and work in in Xcode, surfing through the web, and watching videos.

What do you think about this ?

Thanks a lot.

It'll work fine

That configuration will be fine for that work. If you want it fast and responsive stick in an SSD but that will work fine.

This looks like the mid-2010 MBP.

I wouldn't buy this. The dual core without hyper threading is already pretty outdated.

Thank you guys. I really appreciate your posts.

A MacBook Pro is overkill: go for a MacBook Air...
