I Need Definitive Step-by-Step Guide to Preparing iPhone 3GS for Resale

I've done a bit of searching and keep seem to find a definitive guide on how to prepare my iPhone 3GS for resale on eBay or Craigslist. I'm afraid to do something wrong as it might cause my iPhone to become stock and to lose the unlock. Some information about my iPhone:

Jailbroken using PwnageTool
Unlocked using Ultrasn0w
Version = 3.1.3 (7E18)
Modem Firmware = 04.26.08

I want to sell it as Jailbroken/Unlocked so keeping both of those states is a must.

Also wanted to add that I have my 3.0, 3.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3 SHSH's on file.

If you still have your custom ispw, just restore to that ispw built with pawnage tool. Be sure to restore as new, not from backup. You'll be back on 3.1.3 with the same baseband and you can install Ultrasn0w. There is no mystery here. You have the best scenario in my opinion. See my sig
