As the title suggests, I clicked on a link from a sketchy site trying to stream a football game and noticed my home page now takes me to this Safe Finder search engine each time opening Safari.

I've deleted all applications that I didn't recognize.
Reset homepage in Safari.
Cleared history.
Deleted all extensions.
Removed all website data under "Privacy" tab.
Used MalwareBytes to remove any threats.

...no luck.

Any help is appreciated.

there is probably an easier and less risky way, but I deleted safari completely, then re installed OS to get Safari back. Perhaps Apple support knows of an easier way to delete and re install safari without having to re download OS
