I Need Help! iPhone 4S not seen in iTunes

Hello, I've an iPhone 4S running iOS 7.0.2 and iTunes 11.1.2.31
i can't transfer anything from my laptop can't see the device in the iTunes, any help please??

Have you tried?

Did you try another cable? Another computer? They can sync over wireless also. Change it in iTunes and on the phone. Only issue is if was never synced to that computer.

I'm having a similar problem with my iPhone 5 & Macbook.. what's going on??? Why won't the computer recognize the device??

Try rebooting computer and iPhone.... Also try a different USB port.

Don't forget to update to 7.0.3
