I need help, looking for on-line FLV converter support

My computer configuration is very very old, and the running speed was slow since I installed the video converter program. Now I need a new converter or converter service. Is there anybody who can recommond a good on-line video converter to me? which can transfer mpg to flv?
Don't want to install a program any more.
