I have a Mac OS X 4. I was having trouble with my computer reconizing the password. It wouldn't accept any of my passwords, including admin. I tried changing my password, but when I went to System Preferences and clicked on the account icon, it was blank and provided no information. So I decided to reboot to see if it would help. It didn't. Instead of opening to the login screen, it was a black screen that stated: No master passwd. It tried all the passwords I knew and nothing worked. I tried to repair with disk utility or use keychain access, but they both asked for passwords and nothing worked. I'm sure of the passwords. I must have deleted something.

In other words, please help!
