iPod touch I Need help on how to unjailbreak my ipod touch and not lose game data

I need help on how to un-jailbreak my ipod touch 3rd generation and i want to update to the 4.2 version without losing any of my game data because i play High Noon and i dont want to lose my level and money on there so if anyone can help me out, that will be great thanks.

Unjailbreak not required

If you are just looking to update to 4.2, then just let iTunes update the firmware and re-jailbreak it when you are done. All your game saves will be safe....

Actually you just need to connect with iTunes and update your device, your data will not be earesed when update, but if your restore, all of your data will lose.
