I Need Help On Intial Start Up For Imac Intel

AHHHH!!!!!

Ok, so my friend just got his first iMac, I have a bunch of them and all have started up fine.

My start up process is selecting to find a wireless network, and it's not refurbished. He just got a refurbished iMac from Apple.com and when he goes to the internet part, he selects "do not connect now" because he just moved and he hasn't found all the router stuff.

So after he does that, it just gets a spinning wheel, he's done multiple shut downs, and nothing has work.

PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!

Try doing a clean install of OS X from the restore CD's. Sounds like you might have a bad install.
