I just ordered the top one! Am I screwed? And if there are real differences what will it affect? What do you guys think I should do?

Currently it says it has 4GB of 1067MHz memory in it now

It may not work as it is 1333MHz while your MBP uses 1066MHz. If it has not shipped yet, contact NewEgg and cancel the order. Buy e.g. this instead

I can tell you that the top link will definitely NOT work, it will boot then cause Kernel Panics. Cancel that order and order from OWC, Crucial or you can use the bottom link in your post.
