I need help please: Mac OS X Account - can't find how to enable a feature.

I am trying to create a new Guest PC at work and I need to configure a separate account [NOT THE DEFAULT MAC GUEST ACCOUNT] that has the feature enabled where no files, caches, or passwords are stored longterm – everything is deleted after the guest user has logged out.

I have googled extensively and cannot find a solution.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated and receive millions of INTERNET DOLLARS!!!

Why not use the default guest account? That's what it's there for.
