im knew to apple and i am just wondering how do u set a time on ur apple for when u want it to start up? example, i may want my computer to turn on at 11:00 in the morning so it is ready when i wake up

Go into System Preferences and spotlight 'schedule' with the spotlight field in the top right of the System Preferences window. This will highlight the correct area, click it and it'll pop up with some different options :)

its like a remote starter for your car when it is cold as hell outside... but me personally...I like to hit my power button and hear her go... "Chiiiiiiiiiiime"
