I need help setting up Music, Movies, iTunes and Mobile Apps

Folks, I think I've cocked up when importing iTunes over to my new Mac!

I dragged and dropped my old iTunes folder from my 2009 Mac Pro into the Music folder in Finder.

I now have the following structure in the Music folder on Finder:

iTunes / iTunes and within here I have Album Art work, iTunes Media, Mobile Applications, Previous iTunes Library, iTunes library extras, iTunes library genius, iTunes library its etc, iTunes Music Library

I then have another folder for Music:

iTunes / Music / Media
/ Music Library

What on earth is happening? And what do I need to do to sort this mess out?
