i need help with edit ipa

hii
this my first time here and look for smeone can helpping me to edit an ipa program cuase i dont have a mac
i have a chat program for iphone -ipod-ipad and wonder if some one can extract the chat program and find the link for server that i can chatting from lap top
they change the link adress . and they now using anothe server and link
