I need help with GarageBand!

Everytime I try to download GarageBand (2.0 & 1.1) it goes well untill it comes to installing it: there is an error message:
"GarageBand cannot be installed on this computer.

GarageBand was not found in /Applications."
My PowerBookG4 meets all of the requirements, and i have tried everything I could think of ;(​
