i need help with Hazel

hello, i am trying to setup a rule to move folders from my mac to my NAS.
it worked in the past few months, but then suddenly stopped, adn when i check the rules, it says permission denided

i made a post on the support forum and i never get responses from anyone, its very frustrating to not ge any help.
so this is why i am here to post about my issue in hopes that someone can help me.

Did you send them a request for help directly, or did you just create a post on their support forum?
