I Need Help with my Iphone 3g

hi guys how are you i droped my iphone 3g in the water by accsident and it wasn't even a 5 seconds i pulled out of the water and then open and put to dry in the rise for few days and now evrything works fine but when i insert my sim card from the AT&T dosen't catch a signal what might be the problem how to fix it help even i unlocked and put the T-Mobile sim still the same i played with the air plane mode still no luck
