I need help with my Yosemite Partition

Space was getting limited on the HD so I decided to do a fresh install of Yosemite. Tried to go the DP route again, but, for whatever reason, kept getting error message with the install that I never got before (didn't install all of the update error). So, installed the PB release and in disk utility my Macintosh HD is showing up three times, instead of the normal two.

Can someone help me straighten this Yosemite mess out, please? The following pictures show what I am seeing.

Enter "diskutil cs list" (without the quotes) in Terminal and post the output up here so we can see what you have going on there.

Do you want to delete everything, or were you wanting to keep it and just convert the partition off of core storage?
