I need help with ordering a free case for two.

So my brother and I both got the new iphone 4 on the same att account and we have been using the same itunes account because we get to share all the apps we purchased.
Does this mean that he won't be able to order a free case?
Will he have to create a new itunes account for himself?


Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Try running the app on each phone and let us know what happens.

The app is supposed to verify the IMEI and Serial number and that would be different on each device regardless of iTunes account.

the app looks at emei #. It's not by itunes account #

You have the right to get an "Case" per each iphone you have, however you may be able to use the "app" or online system to get it since your second iPhone does't have its own apple ID.

I would sugest calling Apple care or just going to an Apple store.
