I need help with the program "Motion"

well, I wanted to learn how to use the program "Motion" (from Final Cut Studio) for video special effects... but the tutorials of the program itself are really bad... anyone have any website with guides for the program... can be written guides, video guides, sound guides, anything...

The book Apple Pro Training Series: Motion 3 may be helpful. I don't have this exact one, but several others from the Apple Pro Training series, and I've found them very helpful to get to know those apps.

I'm waiting for lynda.com to update their Motion video to version 3. I really like their training videos. I guess a lot of the Motion basics are applicable for versions 2 and 3 alike.
