when I log into whatsapp to re read a message for example ..why does the ' last seen' say a different time?,it happens a lot if I send a msg to someone it says ' last seen ; at whatever time and not the time they replied??...or if I have to re read a message is it because the person was looking at the message at that time and that's why on my end it says for example ' last seen; at 16.45?..
