My new iPhone 4 will connection to my wireless router (802.11g) at home. But after roughly 10-15 minutes, it stops speaking to the network. It still has the wi-fi icon in the upper left, but it can't communicate. And it doesn't drop back down to 3G either. I'm just left with no internet access unless I manually go back to 3G or turn wi-fi off, then back on (which fixes the problem immediately).

We have an old iPhone 3G, an iPod touch, two laptops, a PSP, a Wii and maybe another device or two using wireless without any issues. I had my phone replaced yesterday (which did fix another issue I had been having). I went to Settings and did Reset All Settings without any luck. I unplugged the router for 15 seconds and powered it back up. I gave my phone a static IP well out of the range of the other devices to avoid conflicts.

I'm starting to run out of ideas. I do think it will eventually reconnect, but I don't feel like waiting around 10 minutes for that to happen.

I did restore the phone from my old 3G when I got it last week. But that phone had a problem with the iOS 4 upgrade and I had to reset it to factory default just days before getting the new phone, so I'm thinking that shouldn't be the issue.
